This. Seriously. You can feel it working. I’m gonna try and do this every day to loose the flab and muffin top.
Almost stopped halfway through but then I remembered:
I CAN DO THIS.
Very proud of myself right now.
Just did this. I liked it. It was fun.
w. my sister.
Not gonna lie. 25 minutes killed me. & when I got home and walked up the 2 steps my legs felt like jello.
But if I do this everyday obviously its gonna get a whole lot of a hell easier for me.
I dont know how many calories I burned but I dont think it was enough because I had a lg Skor Blizzard today. Not good. Not good at all.
Yeah, so I think now its time for some Dance Central to burn off some more of that blizzard.
So this was one of my rewards that I was suppose to buy myself when I lost weight but yeah…I got it early I guess.
Its so pretty. & so baby blue.

15 THINGS YOU SHOULD GIVE UP TO BE HAPPY
Here is a list of 15 things which, if you give up on them, will make your life a lot easier and much, much happier. We hold on to so many things that cause us a great deal of pain, stress and suffering – and instead of letting them all go, instead of allowing ourselves to be stress free and happy – we cling on to them. Not anymore. Starting today we will give up on all those things that no longer serve us, and we will embrace change. Ready? Here we go:
- 1. GIVE UP YOUR NEED TO ALWAYS BE RIGHT
- 2. GIVE UP YOUR NEED FOR CONTROL
- 3. GIVE UP ON BLAME
- 4. GIVE UP YOUR SELF-DEFEATING SELF-TALK
- 5. GIVE UP YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS
- 6. GIVE UP COMPLAINING
- 7. GIVE UP THE LUXURY OF CRITICISM
- 8. GIVE UP YOUR NEED TO IMPRESS OTHERS
- 9. GIVE UP YOUR RESISTANCE TO CHANGE
- 10. GIVE UP LABELS
- 11. GIVE UP ON YOUR FEARS

Just came back from two 10 minute walks.
Once with Lucky (dog) & Mr.Bella (cat). I have never taken Bella before Im surprised he actually followed us. It was pretty funny seeing him running through the field trying to keep up with Lucky.
Then I went again with my other cat Jinx. She’s been on walks before with me and my dogs but never by herself.
I think I’ll start bring Jinxy on more walks because she listens better than any of my other animals.
I have to admit though I did get kinda embarrassed when I walked past these 2 teenage boys while walking my dog and cat. I got a weird look lol.
Hm, I think you shoukd rethink that. Maybe you can sign for 3 months, not 2 years or something? Going to the gym is a motivation booster. how much would it cost a month? would you save that money, to be honest?
For 3 months that $210.00 which isn’t all that bad I guess but its the getting there and back that I don’t really like. Its not all that far w. the car (when I have it; which is only a couple times a week) but walking it would take forever and I am not walking along side a highway :s Busing too is out of the question because that’s 2 buses at $2.45x2 there and back and by time I get home from work, change wait for both buses it really wouldn’t be worth wild. When I did sign up to the gym I did just a one month membership which was a “introduction membership” that only cost me $30.00 so thats why I went. I think I’ll give myself a month for my at home workouts to see where I go with those (when I eventually get started on those, tonight more than likely) and if it doesn’t work out then I’ll look back into joining the gym. I did like going to the gym. Their classes (step, zumba etc.) were the best.
That’s a good idea to work out at home, especially if you lost more at home than at the gym. You’ll be more comfortabe too! sometimes i work out in my panties cuz i’m at home lol and if you need a motivation boost, i have a tag link on my tumblr?
See and that’s just it. I do feel way more comfortable at home (i dance like a complete idiot almost every night in my underwear too, so youre not alone on that one lol) And when I would go to the gym I would go for an hour which would be the class that I would have taken which is more than enough for me. But when I was working out at home before I had signed up for the gym I found that I was going for longer especially when I would do a workout in my room and then doing a hour + of dance central.
